Placing Your Order
Do I have to pay VAT on my order?
No. All prices shown are final and include any applicable taxes or fees. You won’t see any extra charges at checkout or upon delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments through: Credit Cards (Visa), Western Union, and Bank Transfer.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Orders are sent from the closest regional warehouse for faster delivery.
Can I pay over the phone?
For security, we do not accept payments by phone. All orders must be completed securely through our online checkout.
Is my transaction safe?
Yes. Our site uses SSL encryption and follows PCI-DSS standards to protect your payment and personal information.
What if I get an error during credit card payment?
Double-check that your card details are correct and that your bank allows international transactions. If it still doesn’t work, try another payment method or contact your bank. You can also reach out to our support team for help.
What if my order isn’t confirmed but my card was charged?
Usually, your bank will release the hold on funds within 3–10 business days. If the order didn’t go through, you won’t actually be charged. If money was taken out, contact us with your info and we’ll look into it right away.

Are all your products, including popular team jerseys, in stock?
Most items are in stock and ready to ship. During big tournaments, some popular jerseys may sell out fast. You can see real-time availability on each product page.
Can I make changes to my order after I pay?
We can only make changes if your order hasn’t started packing. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
Can I cancel my order after purchasing?
Yes, you can cancel within 1 hour of placing your order, as long as it hasn’t been prepared for shipping. See below for how to cancel.
How do I cancel my order?
Please email our Customer Support team or use your account dashboard right away with your order number. We’ll let you know if it can be canceled and process it quickly.
What shipping methods do you offer, and how long does delivery take in Europe?
We ship from EU-based warehouses using tracked services. Delivery in Europe usually takes 7–10 business days. Worldwide delivery ranges from 7–20 business days depending on location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number by email. You can use it to follow your delivery on the carrier’s website or in your account.
What if my order doesn’t arrive on time?
First, check your tracking for updates. If there’s no movement or it’s very late, contact our support team with your order number and we’ll check with the carrier.
Returns & Support
What’s your return policy?
You can return unworn items with original tags within 14 days of delivery. Personalized or special-order items can’t be returned unless they’re defective.
How long do exchanges or refunds take?
Once we receive your return, we process it in 3–5 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method; timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
Are there any fees for returns or exchanges?
You cover return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. We don’t charge any extra handling fees for returns or refunds.
