Refund policy
At HomeField Apparel Co., customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return most unworn items within 90 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Return Conditions:

Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Personalized or custom-made jerseys (with names, numbers, or special patches) are considered final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a defect caused by us.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a partial refund or may be rejected.
How to Return:

Pack the item securely with all original materials and include your order number and preference (refund or exchange).

Ship the package to the return address we provide. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:

Exchanges depend on product availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.

Customers cover the return shipping for exchanges unless the exchange is due to a mistake on our part.
